How Synergy works

Find someone who can help

Synergy keeps the process simple: find a Provider, make an introduction and then make your own arrangements directly.

For Customers

Find and contact a Provider

Search the private directory, choose who you want to contact, then deal directly with that Provider.

  1. Create your Customer account

    Synergy's Provider directory is private.

  2. Search for a Provider

    Look for people offering the service you need in an appropriate location or remotely where applicable.

  3. Choose a Provider

    Read their approved Provider Profile and decide whether they may suit what you need.

  4. Send an enquiry

    Synergy sends your one-to-one enquiry to the Provider without publishing their private contact details in the directory.

  5. Make your own arrangements

    If the Provider responds, you deal directly with each other from there.

Create a Customer account

For Providers

Create a Listing and receive enquiries

Describe the services you personally offer, publish an eligible Listing and decide which Customer enquiries you want to pursue.

  1. Tell Synergy about yourself

    Start with the short Provider registration process.

  2. Complete your Profile

    Verify your email and describe your services, experience, location and service area.

  3. Choose a Listing option

    Select an approved Listing product for making an eligible Provider Profile available in the private directory.

  4. Submit for review

    Synergy reviews the Profile and Listing before publication.

  5. Receive enquiries

    Customers who find your Listing can choose to send you a one-to-one enquiry through Synergy.

  6. Deal directly with the Customer

    You decide whether to respond and whether you want to undertake the work.

Customers and Providers manage the scope, timing, price, quotation, materials, safety, payment and other arrangements between themselves.
